Hi, I'm Katia Peppas

I'm a 2023 graduate with my B. Arch from Carnegie Mellon University. I'm interested in interdisciplinary work that focuses on bringing together my knowledge of theatrical and architectural design. Currently, I'm an Associate Facility Designer for Walt Disney Imagineering, where I'm learning firsthand the process of bringing unique themed architecture from concept to reality.

I see design and architecture as an opportunity to make an impact on people's lives. I like to focus on understanding the experience of an individual interacting with a space. I am a designer, a maker, and a curious person. Above all, I'm a storyteller through my design work.

At the end of the day, my goal is to make people feel things, and broadly, to create happiness wherever possible. I care about people, our world, and all of the thoughts, feelings, and experiences encompassed by them.
